Sverre Leivdal
The norwegian team of Einar Uvsloekk, Mikko Kokslien, Jon-Richard Rundsveen og Petter L. Tande had a fair advantage before the rescheduled jumping part of the Nordic Combined Team Mass Start. Germany and Austria narrowed the gap, but Norway came out the winner in the end.

It was a good team effort from the norwegians that secured gold in the team competition. The ski jumping part was not the big success for the norwegian team. After aAn unfortunate fall in the first round, the team recovered in the second. The lengths varied from 70,5 to 97 meter. Petter Tande was the best of the norwegians in the first round with 92 meter. David Zauner from Austria had the longest jump of the round with 97 meter.
The jumping competition was scheduled for friday, but heavy snowing made it necessary to reschedule. The conditions today was excellent and the speed was equal for most jumpers, between 88,1 and 89,5 km/h.
